A love of property was the catalyst that prompted Dee Ross to take over the running of her family’s buy to let business when her widowed mother moved to Ireland.

“Property is in my blood, explains Ross: “My father was a builder and property developer and was ahead of his time. He would have been a very wealthy man had he not passed away.
“When my father died, my mother was only 47 and had three young children to raise. She was such an inspiration, picking up the pieces, taking on the challenges of being a landlady and running the business singlehandedly to put food on our table.
“Today she is my greatest role model, adds Ross: “ grew up watching her good naturedly taking care of tenants, cleaning and decorating properties.”
